State of the Derwent Report

The State of the Derwent Report summarises five years of monitoring data and provides a comprehensive overview of the health of the estuary. Topics covered include values and uses, pollution sources and loads, water quality, sediment quality, seafood safety, habitat and species, as well as recent and ongoing management initiatives.

State of the Derwent Report Cards

State of the Derwent Report Cards are produced semi-annually and give the community a more frequent update on the Derwent estuary’s health. Report Cards summarise the monitoring data and other relevant information collected by the DEP and its partners in a given year.
